Shipping Timeline
Order processing time typically takes 2-5 business days from the day the order is received.
Once an order is shipped, shipping time for the continental United States typically takes 2-5 business days. Shipping times for International and non-continental United States locations vary between 1-4 weeks.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on current shipping costs through our carriers. Shipping to any location outside of the United States will ensure the international shipping rate.
Shipping rates are visible at checkout prior to completing your purchase. Customers are advised to ensure they are willing to pay the listed shipping cost at checkout before finalizing their payment.
USPS Delays
Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are not responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help. They are excellent with assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.
International Shipping
All orders shipped outside of the continental US can take between 1-4 weeks to arrive. Some countries outside of the US charge taxes on your order. This is common and CAN happen. We are not responsible for these fees. Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Package Sent Back?
When filling out your address information at checkout, you MUST include your FULL address. Don't forget to include the number of your house, apartment, unit, etc.
Ucute Foods is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
If the address mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email, they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Ucute Foods. The customer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, no further action can be done to resolve the issue.
Ucute Foods is not responsible for packages "returned to sender", for any reason other than miscalculation of shipment costs by Ucute Foods. If packages are "returned to sender" for any other reason than the listed above, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost to reship the package.
