Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

Unless another lead time is stated before purchase, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

After shipment, typical transit is 2–5 business days within the continental United States and 1–4 weeks for supported international and noncontinental U.S. destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping charges are displayed before payment.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay, cancellation and refund choices required by law.

For cancellation requests or address corrections, email ucutefoods@gmail.com promptly. We will try to help before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation or shipment has begun. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Returns

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including scent preferences or unwanted gifts. Please review the description, ingredients and safety information before purchasing.

This policy does not exclude rights provided by law for defective, unsafe, incorrect, materially misdescribed or undelivered products, or applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Order problems

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive, contact ucutefoods@gmail.com promptly with your order number and a description. Photographs help when safe to obtain.

Keep the product and packaging if safe while we investigate. Do not use an item with broken glass, leaking contents, a displaced wick or other possible safety damage. Contact us before returning anything.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund where owed. Carrier involvement does not remove our obligations as seller.

Refunds

Refunds owed will be issued promptly within applicable legal deadlines, generally to the original payment method. Taxes and shipping will be refunded where required. We do not deduct payment-processing fees from legally required refunds.

Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

International orders

Additional import duties or taxes may apply where not collected at checkout. We will provide required cost information. These policies do not override mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
